Lleida is the fruit capital city: apples, pears, peaches, nectarines, prunes, cherries, they are part of the economy of the province. Sant Miquel’s fair, which is celebrated when the autumn arrives, it’s a clear example of its importance. In this fair the fruit’s gastronomic week is celebrated, where the different applications of the fruit in cooking are shown.
