The Seu Vella – known also as the Lleida’s Castle - is the most significant monument that we have in our town.
This peculiar cathedral was built on the top of a polecat. This placement allows us having a huge overview of the city and also the countryside that is around the city.
Its construction started in 1203 but two centuries were needed to complete the whole building, which was finished with the bell tower.
Today, we can do a guided visit of this iconic building to discover its charms.
